Business owners across Belfast struggling to adopt AI tools whilst maintaining authenticity in their marketing now have the chance to learn the secrets to using large language models effectively.
As part of their monthly networking series, Jennymount Business Park in North Belfast is hosting their latest session, Staying Authentic Whilst Levelling Up With AI on Thursday July 23.
In this month’s event, host and business park tenant Tina Calder of Entrepreneurs Unleashed will introduce two founders with first hand experience of how leaning into their authentic self helped them build their businesses or support clients.

Nicole Doherty, property manager at Stanvale, the company that owns the Jennymount complex, said: “At Jennymount we are committed to supporting local businesses by creating events that provide learning, networking and upskilling opportunities.
“Our feedback this year has been consistent in that businesses want to understand how to adopt AI technologies in their day-to-day operations more effectively.”
The July session will see trainer and speaker Tina joined by mental health advocate and publisher Geraldine McGrath of Emotional Freedom Pathways and digital marketer and influencer Lucy McMullan, founder of JAM, who will discuss authenticity in business, marketing and content.
Geraldine, who is an Emotional Freedom Advocate, TEDx speaker, international speaker, author, award-winning podcaster, founder of Emotional Freedom Pathways, and creator of Unstoppable Stories Publishing, said: “I believe the future of business belongs to those who have the courage to Radiate Their Realness.
“We spend so much energy trying to fit in when our greatest strength has always been who we are. Being real isn’t just better for our mental wellbeing; it’s the path to emotional freedom. It’s how we build trust, create genuine human connection, and develop meaningful relationships.
“Human connection is the foundation of everything. In a world that’s changing faster than ever, technology will continue to transform how we work, but our greatest strength will always be our humanity and our ability to genuinely connect with one another.”
Meanwhile, Lucy, who began her career creating online content before founding her digital agency and working alongside global entrepreneur Gary Vaynerchuk, said: “AI has allowed me to think bigger, move faster and bring creative ideas to life in ways that previously required much larger teams. But my work is ultimately built around people, community and real-world experiences.
For me, the most exciting future is one where technology enhances our humanity rather than diluting it.
“AI is changing how we create and communicate, but it shouldn’t come at the expense of authenticity. Through my work in content and experiential events, I’ve seen that audiences are craving genuine connection more than ever.
“I’m excited to explore how we can use AI as a creative tool to strengthen our storytelling, amplify original ideas and build meaningful communities while ensuring the human voice, emotion and lived experience remain at the heart of everything we create.”
In the session, which takes place from 10am-12pm, Tina explained that she hopes the event will help businesses understand better how they can level up their business using AI whilst retaining the authenticity that makes them special.
She added: “Much has been said about how AI can support your small business but LinkedIn is awash with the haters who claim everything is ‘AI slop’.
“Busy entrepreneurs shouldn’t be vilified for turning to AI for support; they should be given the right tips, tools and techniques to properly harness the technology that will give them the edge in their business.”
As well as hearing from speakers Geraldine and Lucy, attendees will get the chance to hear Tina’s top tips and advice to help them get a more authentic output from their chosen large language model, whether it's ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, CoPilot or another popular tool.
Tina, who has worked across media, journalism, PR, and marketing for nearly 30 years, is known for her straight-talking approach and innovative strategies.
She will also be revealing how she personally uses AI to support her content creation whilst staying authentic.
