Expleo, the global technology and consulting service provider, today announces the appointment of Martin Minnock as Head of Data Solutions. Martin will spearhead Expleo’s Data Solutions practice, leading a team of highly skilled analysts to provide advisory and technical support to a broad range of organisations across the public and private sectors.
Martin will oversee the implementation of end-to-end data solutions – spanning strategy, governance and data analytics – to assist organisations in extracting greater value from their data through technology, process and people. They will also be responsible for driving innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to deliver data solutions at scale, with a particular focus on the banking, insurance, engineering and public sectors.
Martin has deep expertise in delivering advanced technologies in real-world settings, providing clients with practical, experience-led advice grounded in first-hand delivery of the work they now lead.

With over 25 years of industry experience, Martin has held several senior leadership positions, most recently as Head of Product at CKDelta. Prior to this, they served as Director of Engineering at both Marsh McLennan and Rent the Runway, and as Chief Technology Officer at ACETECH.
Martin holds several qualifications including a Bachelor's degree in Management and Digital Innovation from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the University of London.
